BBB is a Family Event!
All youth under 18 are welcome to register for free with a paid adult. A t-shirt is included with each paid registration and additional t-shirts, including children’s sizes, are available for purchase at $10 each.
BBB is a Fundraising event by the FotPPNC to support the Nature Center and its educational programming.
BBB is a rain or shine event, but in the case of severe weather, the event will be canceled and all registration fees donated to PPNC.
BBB is more than a bike ride!
Head out to the park for a yoga session, yard games, a strider bike course, scavenger hunts and more… And while you’re here, purchase a meal from our food vendors!
In previous years, riders could choose from three courses with stops at local breweries along the way…
4 mile flat route
– Ride departs at 10:30 am
– Easy ride on park trail
~ 2 mi. of crushed limestone
– Water stop at the turn around
11 mile out and back
– Departs at 10:15 am
– Bison Trail
~ 2 mi. of crushed limestone
17 mile downtown loop
– Recommended for confident riders
– Departs at 10:00 am
– bike route on limestone trails, pavement and streets
~4 miles of crushed limestone

Our Mission
The mission of Pioneers Park Nature Center is to interpret the natural history of Nebraska and the central great plains; to promote the enjoyment, appreciation and awareness of our natural environment; to practice and foster a conservation ethic; and to provide a sanctuary for wildlife and a peaceful retreat for people.
