Friends of Pioneers Park Nature Center
The Friends of Pioneers Park Nature Center is a registered 501(c)3 organization with the mission of promoting and supporting the development, programming and operation of the Nature Center.
We love the Pioneers Park Nature Center and are stewards for this important community resource. The Friends of the Pioneers Park Nature Center are made up of people from the community who want to preserve and promote the Nature Center to everyone in Lincoln.
Our Mission
The mission of Pioneers Park Nature Center is to interpret the natural history of Nebraska and the central great plains; to promote the enjoyment, appreciation and awareness of our natural environment; to practice and foster a conservation ethic; and to provide a sanctuary for wildlife and a peaceful retreat for people.

Sunday
Noon - 5:00 PM
Open every day except Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Day.
Free Admission
Suggested Donations: $3/person, $5/family, or $10/group
